wednesday 2/10-tuesday 2/16: spicy meatball, fennel panna cotta, curry bolognese pappardelle, 3 grain risotto, crispy pork belly, opah belly, strawberries & cream, foie gras french toast. thanks to kuahiwi ranch, shinsato farms, uncle gabby kawelo, nalo farms, and the aunties that came thru with the fruits.
